Subclinical services offer targeted mental health education and support, for individuals or groups, with the option to incorporate video gaming. Subclinical services can be used on their own, paired with our Clinical services, or as a supplement to your current treatment.
Led by Counselor Aides, our sessions offer focused educational activities and lessons for specific mental health challenges in order to sharpen essential life skills. You get to choose the topics you're interested in exploring, ensuring each lesson targets your unique learning goals. We emphasize learning practical techniques and fostering a safe environment for exploration, distinct from the emotional processing found in clinical therapy.
Ideal for those seeking information and support without traditional therapy's structure- no intake evaluations, diagnoses, treatment plans, assessments, or attendance requirements. Client’s describe Subclinical services as more direct with solution-oriented approaches that can be immediately applied to everyday life.
Subclinical services are not a replacement for Clinical services. This is not therapy.
