Global Support Groups & Coaching
Our subclinical services offer a flexible, solution-oriented approach to mental health education. Utilizing video games as a collaborative tool for growth, these global support groups and/or coaching sessions can be utilized independently, paired seamlessly with our clinical services, or used to supplement your external treatment.
Designed by a Psychotherapist, Led by dedicated Counselor Aides, this track focuses on practical skill-building and education rather than the deeper emotional processing of traditional therapy:
Customized Learning Goals: Select the specific topics and mental health concepts that you want to explore.
Action-Oriented Strategies: Focus on practical, real-world techniques that you can immediately apply to everyday life.
Interactive Socialization: Build essential life skills and connect with peers in a safe, shared gaming environment.
Flexible, Low-Barrier Support: Designed for those who want information and community without the clinical requirements of intake evaluations, diagnoses, rigid treatment plans, or attendance tracking.
Subclinical services are not a replacement for Clinical services. This is not therapy.

There are zero skill requirements—we are not here to judge your gaming ability; we are here to help you use the games you love to build real-life skills in an online setting we love.

Yes. Use of insurance is for Maryland/Delaware/Virginia residents utilizing Clinical services. Subclinical services are not covered by insurance.

Nope! It’s entirely up to you how or if you want to include video games in your sessions. We are completely flexible. If you don't want to play a multiplayer game together, you can simply stream your gameplay to us while we chat. This allows you to bring your favorite single-player narrative or RPG games to your session without worrying about us messing up your hard-earned progress or save files!

A Counselor Aide—also commonly referred to as a Behavioral Health Aide, Mental Health Technician (MHT), or Counselor Assistant—is a skilled behavioral health professional who supports licensed psychotherapists in delivering high-quality mental health education and client support services.
To ensure the highest standard of care across our programs:
Educational Foundation: All of our Counselor Aides hold undergraduate degrees in Psychology or a closely related behavioral health discipline.
Ongoing Excellence: They actively complete Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to maintain superior professional standing and stay aligned with modern clinical practices.
Clinical Oversight: Every Counselor Aide and their educational lesson plans operate under the direct supervision and approval of an independently licensed mental health clinician.
To help clients, families, and referring providers recognize this role across different care settings, equivalent titles in the field include:
